Training teaches the organization what to see. Discovery reveals what it has missed. Governed context preserves what it learns. KontextOS follows that cycle from a fictional experience through private diagnosis and training, optional course authoring, and planned persistent operation.

Current availability: The Free Organizational Simulation is available by reviewed request (request access for your organization). The Private Diagnostic and Training Appliance is in early testing, with limited partner-supported pilots opening soon. The Standalone Course Builder is under active development with a pilot rollout expected imminently. Persistent KontextOS remains planned. None of the paid products is available through online checkout.

The product stages make the cycle adoptable in bounded steps; they are not separate ends in themselves. Each stage should leave the organization better able to understand what it knows, what it does not know, and what people and AI need to act responsibly.

    Experience the KontextOS diagnostic method inside an AI-generated fictional organization without supplying real organizational information.

    • One fictional organization for up to three participants, including one Course Coordinator.
    • A Course Coordinator configures the simulation through a short setup questionnaire.
    • AI-generated company context, participant roles, a persistent company document, a stable employee roster, and fictional poll responses.

    The PDATA is an expandable, customer-controlled appliance for private diagnostic and training programs. It includes Intro to Applied AI for one defined Context Readiness Diagnostic with authorized real organizational evidence and The Context Architect for deliberate context design, governance, workflows, and remediation.     A customer-controlled desktop application for creating, revising, previewing, reviewing, approving, validating, and packaging private diagnostic and training courses for properly licensed PDATA installations.

    Author license

    • Unlimited courses and unlimited signed, validated .kctx exports for properly licensed PDATA installations.
    • Local course and source-material storage, learner-perspective PDATA preview, and human review and approval controls.
    • No-AI, local-AI, and customer-approved cloud-AI authoring workflows; cloud-model usage is not included.
    • Additional end-user or partner authors are $750 per additional author for the first year. SCB author licenses renew at $199 per author per year after the first year. Active Authorized Partners receive their first author license at no separate charge, subject to active status and training.
    • Vertical and Strategic Development Partner author licensing is negotiated as part of the broader partner agreement.
    • The $2,495 PDATA Authoring Package for the first year includes one PDATA license, one SCB author license, Intro to Applied AI, The Context Architect, one onboarding or configuration session, updates, and normal support. The AI Operating Layer is planned for a future PDATA update. After the first year, the SCB license renews at $199 per author per year after the first year; PDATA support or maintenance may renew separately under its own pricing model.

    Persistent KontextOS is a planned, customer-controlled system for ongoing diagnostics, training, and context management. Its context management capabilities feature MCP integration, the Context Memory Ledger, and complementary strategies for creating, governing, retrieving, sharing, and evolving the organizational context used by people, workflows, and AI systems.

    • Ongoing diagnostic and training programs alongside durable context management.
    • Context management featuring MCP integration, the Context Memory Ledger, and complementary strategies.

What you can do now

Start with the simulation or discuss an upcoming PDATA pilot

The Free Organizational Simulation is a bounded, organization-level entitlement—not a recurring subscription, a general free platform account, or a real organizational assessment. The PDATA is undergoing early testing before a limited number of bounded real-data pilots open. The SCB is a separate, optional per-author product for creating PDATA courses; it is under active development with a pilot rollout expected imminently. Persistent KontextOS remains planned and is not yet operational.

Pricing and partner boundaries

The PDATA price is an adoption mechanism

The $995 annual list price and controlled $495 annual promotions are intended to make private diagnosis accessible. The PDATA does not ordinarily create a software commission or an automatic credit toward Persistent KontextOS.

Persistent commission terms remain conditional

The current Authorized Partner hypothesis is a $2,000 first-year commission at the $7,950 standard first-year price. Compensation, promotions, and competitive-conversion terms require a definitive agreement.

SCB pricing is per author

The standard SCB first-year price is $1,995 per end-user author for the first year, with an introductory price of $1,495 for the first year. Additional authors are $750 per additional author for the first year. Each author license renews at $199 per author per year after the first year. There are no per-course, per-export, learner, or private-course royalty charges.

Partner services remain separate

KontextOS independently sets platform pricing. Partners independently scope and price their services, and customers retain their choice of provider.
