For IT-services providers

Turn AI readiness into qualified customer work

The KontextOS Private Diagnostic Appliance gives trusted providers a repeatable way to identify why a customer's AI initiative may fail—and to surface the remediation, implementation, and continuing services needed to improve its chances of success.

Partner model: KontextOS licenses the software. The partner separately scopes, prices, sells, and delivers its professional services.

Why the PDA benefits an implementation partner

Open a strategic conversation

Lead with a practical question before a customer commits to a larger AI program: what organizational conditions must change for AI to succeed?

Find specific follow-on work

Evidence-linked candidate findings can reveal context architecture, workflow, governance, integration, security, training, and remediation needs.

Retain services revenue

The partner controls its own statement of work and service economics instead of having consulting complexity folded into multiple software tiers.

Create a path to recurring work

A successful diagnostic can lead to Persistent KontextOS deployment, implementation, integration, support, and continuing managed services.

Use a repeatable method

The partner can bring a structured course-led diagnostic, evidence model, review workflow, and dashboard to customers without inventing the method from scratch.

The customer and partner path

1 · Experience

Free Organizational Simulation

Up to three customer participants experience the introductory course method with fictional organizational evidence.

2 · Diagnose

Private Diagnostic Appliance

The organization licenses one private diagnostic engagement for $7,500, delivered with a qualified reseller.

3 · Remediate

Partner-led services

The partner scopes and delivers the organizational, governance, infrastructure, integration, training, and support work justified by the evidence.

4 · Continue

Persistent KontextOS License

The customer can continue with the full platform for $24,000 per year, while the partner supports implementation and ongoing operation.

Partner-controlled service opportunities

The diagnostic is intended to identify qualified work rather than compete with the provider delivering it.

Prepare and operate the environment

Infrastructure preparation, installation, configuration, AI-provider setup, security configuration, backups, and support.

Facilitate the diagnostic

Course administration, participant coordination, findings workshops, customer interpretation, and decision support.

Deliver remediation

Context architecture, workflow redesign, governance implementation, knowledge remediation, training, and change enablement.

Implement and support KontextOS

Integration, custom connectors, technical deployment, continuing support, and managed services under the Persistent license.

A clear three-party responsibility boundary

Customer Implementation partner KontextOS
Approves scope, participants, evidence, privacy conditions, infrastructure, AI provider, and organizational decisions. Prepares the environment and administers, facilitates, and supports the engagement under its customer agreement. Licenses the PDA software, the diagnostic method used in Intro to Applied AI, standard analysis, review workflow, dashboard, and exports.
Ordinarily supplies customer-controlled infrastructure, credentials, usage charges, certificates, backups, and approvals. Separately scopes and prices installation, workshops, integration, remediation, training, and ongoing support. Maintains the controlling product definitions and the standard software entitlement boundary.
Authorizes findings and resulting actions. Applies professional judgment and does not present candidate findings as automatic conclusions. Does not replace customer authority, partner professional services, legal advice, or compliance judgment.

Working software economics for discussion

These proposed margins are commercial hypotheses to validate with early partners, not irrevocable promises. The firm principle is that partner services remain separate and partner-controlled.

Software transaction Customer price Illustrative partner margin Illustrative KontextOS revenue
PDA license $7,500 $1,875 at 25% $5,625
Persistent conversion balance $16,500 $4,125 at 25% $12,375
Total first-year software $24,000 $6,000 $18,000

The current discussion model also proposes a 15–20% partner margin on Persistent-license renewals. Final economics require validation and agreement.

Who may be a strong fit

Qualified providers with trusted customer access

KontextOS is seeking a small number of IT-services providers that advise information-sensitive organizations, can support customer-controlled infrastructure, understand AI, cloud, security, governance, data, or transformation work, and can profitably deliver remediation and implementation. This is a design-and-delivery discussion, not an open self-service reseller program.

What we want to learn together

Customer usefulness

Would the diagnostic create a credible and useful opening with the customers you already serve?

Delivery requirements

What security, infrastructure, training, support, contractual, and operating conditions would you require before delivery?

Service opportunity

Which remediation, implementation, integration, and continuing-service opportunities would the likely findings create?

A suitable first customer

What evidence and preparation would you need before considering one jointly qualified design customer?

Help shape a practical reseller-delivered diagnostic

We are looking for a substantive working discussion with providers that can evaluate the customer value, delivery requirements, service opportunity, and path to one suitable design customer.
