Evidence is fragmented
Policies, decisions, operational knowledge, and employee perspectives may be inaccessible, inconsistent, or separated across teams and systems.
Private Diagnostic Appliance
The KontextOS PDA is a private, customer-controlled, course-led Context Readiness Diagnostic that turns authorized organizational evidence into traceable candidate findings and human-reviewed remediation priorities.
Many AI initiatives begin with technology selection before the organization understands whether its context, responsibilities, knowledge, workflows, and governance can support useful results.
Policies, decisions, operational knowledge, and employee perspectives may be inaccessible, inconsistent, or separated across teams and systems.
Leaders, managers, specialists, and frontline participants can experience the same workflow very differently.
Even when risks are recognized, organizations may lack an evidence trail, likely owner, verification criteria, or governed path to action.
1 · Define
The customer and reseller define the engagement, participant cohort, real organizational roles, business-unit structure, evidence permissions, and privacy conditions.
2 · Learn and respond
Participants learn the contextual method and provide structured, role-aware responses about authorized real organizational conditions.
3 · Analyze
KontextOS examines prevalence, divergence, materiality, evidence quality, and privacy-qualified group comparisons without treating every response as a confirmed finding.
4 · Review
Human reviewers evaluate candidate findings, approve or reject remediation proposals, assign likely owners, and confirm what evidence supports action.
5 · Act
The organization can retain approved outputs, remove the appliance, pursue partner-led remediation, or continue with the Persistent KontextOS License.
The engagement is configured inside an environment approved by the customer, using customer-authorized infrastructure, access controls, and evidence.
The customer selects an appropriate compliant AI provider and model and ordinarily supplies the provider account, credentials, and usage charges.
Privacy and complementary-suppression rules can withhold group comparisons when the available response population is too small or could expose participants.
At the end of the engagement, the customer has defined export, removal, or Persistent-license conversion options for its authorized diagnostic artifacts.
The PDA is not a network scanner, an autonomous compliance opinion, a universal readiness score, or a substitute for professional and organizational judgment.
Prioritized, evidence-linked hypotheses about context conditions that may undermine AI and operational work.
Supporting response patterns, materiality, divergence, evidence grades, affected workflows, and stated limitations.
Human-reviewed actions, likely owners, status, and verification criteria that can shape a partner statement of work.
A consolidated view of approved priorities, supporting evidence, affected work, remediation ownership, and progress.
Standard findings and engagement artifacts prepared for authorized customer review, retention, or transition.

Availability and delivery status
The course-led method, fictional evidence demonstration, diagnostic data model, human-review workflow, and Simulated Executive Dashboard can be demonstrated today. A real PDA engagement is reseller-delivered: its customer-controlled infrastructure, AI provider, participant collection, security conditions, exports, and service scope are confirmed for that engagement before commitment.
Request a reseller introductionIf the organization converts within 90 days after completing the diagnostic, the full $7,500 PDA software fee is credited toward the first $24,000 per year license year, leaving a $16,500 software balance. Partner services remain separate and are not credited.
