Contextual O.S.

Why organizations need KontextOS

According to an MIT study, in 2024 more than nine out of ten AI initiatives failed to generate any new revenue. KontextOS was built to solve that problem. Read our manifesto, or find out why KontextOS increases ROI.

Context gets fragmented

Decision rationale, policies, operational knowledge, and supporting evidence become scattered across systems and people.

Responsibility gets unclear

Roles, decision ownership, escalation paths, and cross-team dependencies become difficult to see and improve.

AI operates without readiness

Teams introduce AI before they can supply reliable context, appropriate governance, and evidence-linked human review.

The adoption path

Experience → diagnose → continue

Start with fictional evidence

Experience the method without exposing organizational information

The time-limited Free Organizational Simulation gives up to three participants simulation-mode access to Intro to Applied AI, an appropriate workspace, and the Simulated Executive Dashboard. It uses fictional evidence, does not assess the requesting organization, and does not unlock Courses 2 or 3.

From discovery to governed operation

Learn and collect evidence

Course-led polls and role-aware perspectives create a structured basis for understanding context conditions.

Review candidate findings

Evidence-linked hypotheses, likely remediation paths, and likely owners remain subject to human review.

See priorities and progress

The Executive Dashboard connects findings, affected workflows, evidence, remediation ownership, status, and verification criteria.

Continue with governed context

Persistent KontextOS carries approved context into ongoing workflows, knowledge, governance, and AI-supported operation.

The course pathway follows the product pathway

Free Simulation and PDA foundation

Persistent KontextOS License

The Context Architect

Moves from diagnostic understanding into deliberate context design, remediation, and governance.

Persistent KontextOS License

The AI Operating Layer

Paid products are reseller-delivered

Software and services stay distinct

The PDA and Persistent prices cover KontextOS software. Partner installation, facilitation, integration, remediation, training, and support are scoped and priced separately.

The diagnostic can convert forward

When an organization converts within 90 days after completing its diagnostic, the full $7,500 PDA software fee is credited toward the first Persistent license year. Partner services remain separate.

Choose the appropriate starting point

Experience the method with fictional evidence, or ask for a reseller introduction to discuss a private organizational diagnostic.
