Why organizations need KontextOS

According to an MIT study, in 2024 more than nine out of ten AI initiatives failed to generate any new revenue. KontextOS was built to solve that problem. Read our manifesto, or find out why KontextOS increases ROI.

Context gets fragmented

Decision rationale, policies, operational knowledge, and supporting evidence become scattered across systems and people.

Lines blur

Roles, decision ownership, escalation paths, and cross-team dependencies become difficult to see and improve.

AI operates with blinders on

Teams introduce AI before they can supply reliable context, appropriate governance, and evidence-linked human review.

One organizational learning cycle

Learn what context AI needs → discover where it is weak → improve it → use it → learn again

KontextOS connects training, discovery, and context management instead of leaving them as separate activities. Begin with fictional evidence, diagnose and train privately, review discoveries with responsible people, and continue toward governed context that can improve through use. The PDATA is in early testing with limited pilots opening soon; the Standalone Course Builder is under active development with a pilot rollout expected imminently, while Persistent KontextOS remains planned.

  1. Step 1 · Experience

    Free Organizational Simulation

    Available by reviewed request

    Free

Simulation-mode access to Intro to Applied AI for up to three participants, including one Course Coordinator who configures the fictional organization.

  2. Step 2 · Diagnose and train

Private Diagnostic and Training Appliance (PDATA)

Early testing · pilots opening soon

$995 list price per year$495 per year with approved promotion

An expandable, customer-controlled appliance for private diagnostic and training programs. It includes Intro to Applied AI for one defined Context Readiness Diagnostic and The Context Architect for context design, governance, workflows, and remediation. Why organizational privacy is critical.

  3. Optional authoring path · Create and maintain courses

    Standalone Course Builder (SCB)

Under development · pilot rollout expected imminently

$1,995 per end-user author for the first yearIntroductory price: $1,495 for the first year · $199 per author per year after the first year

A customer-controlled desktop application for creating, revising, previewing, reviewing, approving, validating, and packaging private diagnostic and training courses for properly licensed PDATA installations.

  4. Step 3 · Diagnose, train, and manage context

    Persistent KontextOS License

    Planned · partner-dependent

$7,950 for the first year$499 per year after the first year

Planned renewable access to a customer-controlled system for ongoing diagnostics, training, and context management. Its context management capabilities feature MCP integration, the Context Memory Ledger, and complementary strategies for creating, governing, retrieving, sharing, and evolving organizational context.

Start with fictional evidence

Experience the method without exposing organizational information

The Free Organizational Simulation gives up to three participants simulation-mode access to Intro to Applied AI. One Course Coordinator configures a generated company, participant roles, a durable company document, and fictional employee poll responses. It does not assess the requesting organization or unlock Courses 2 or 3.

Request access

Training teaches the organization what to see. Discovery reveals what it has missed. Governed context preserves what it learns.

Train for contextual awareness

Participants learn to distinguish information from authoritative context, access from permission, and plausible output from evidence-supported judgment.

Examine real work and discover gaps

Role-aware responses surface conflicting interpretations, undocumented exceptions, weak provenance, unclear ownership, and knowledge held only by individuals.

Review and govern what was learned

Responsible people validate candidate findings, assign ownership, preserve evidence, and turn approved discoveries into maintained context or remediation work.

Use the context and learn again

Corrections, exceptions, outdated sources, and successful decisions become evidence for more focused training, discovery, and context improvement.

A course pathway that expands with PDATA

Free Simulation and PDATA

Intro to Applied AI

Introduces the contextual method and supports both the fictional simulation and the initial real-organizational PDATA diagnostic and training program.

Included with PDATA

The Context Architect

Moves from diagnostic understanding into deliberate context design, remediation, and governance inside the customer-controlled appliance.

Planned PDATA update

The AI Operating Layer

The AI Operating Layer: Building KontextOS for the Enterprise is planned for a future PDATA update, extending the pathway into implementation.

Persistent KontextOS License

Ongoing governed operation

Persistent KontextOS pairs the complete course pathway with durable context management, implementation workflows, and ongoing operation.

Private diagnosis and training stay customer-controlled

Software and services stay distinct

KontextOS independently prices and contracts for its software and approved course packages. Implementation partners independently scope and price installation, facilitation, integration, remediation, custom or facilitated training, managed AI services, and support.

Adoption pricing is explicit

The PDATA has a $995 annual list price and a $495 annual price only through approved promotions. The SCB is $1,995 per end-user author for the first year, with an introductory first-year price of $1,495, and renews at $199 per author per year thereafter. Persistent KontextOS is $7,950 for the first year, with a targeted, conditional $5,950 first-year competitive-conversion price where authorized, and renews at $499 per year thereafter.
